Install the Sweezylab app on your computer
This step is required. The pictures and the finished video are made on your own computer, by the Sweezylab app. Download it for Windows or Mac, install it, then sign in with the same account. Your credits are already there.

- The pictures and the finished video are made by the Sweezylab app on your own Windows PC or Mac, so it can keep working while you do something else. Writing scripts and voices works on the website.
- Pictures are made with Google Flow and the CapCut project uses CapCut's own file format. Neither is an official integration, so either can stop working when Google or CapCut changes something. We fix these as fast as we can.
- Your Google account is used by you, in your own Chrome window. We never ask for your Google password.
- Your script is sent to our server and to our AI providers to be written. Your voiceover audio stays on your computer unless you choose to make one here.

Sweezylab is an AI video maker for long-form YouTube videos. You paste a YouTube link, and it suggests scored titles, writes the full script, creates an English AI voiceover, generates a picture for every scene and builds a finished video with an editable CapCut project.
Who is Sweezylab for?
YouTube creators who make long videos (roughly 10 to 60 minutes), such as storytelling, documentary, history, science and explainer channels, including faceless channels that use narration and pictures instead of a presenter.
How long can the videos be?
Scripts can be 5 to 60 minutes, and videos up to 60 minutes and beyond. A 20-minute video uses about 1,000 credits and a 30-minute video about 1,250 credits.
Do I need to install anything?
Writing the script and making the voice work on the website, even on your phone. Making the video runs in the Sweezylab app on your Windows PC or Mac, with your own Google Chrome and CapCut.
Where do the pictures come from?
From Google Flow, in your own Chrome window, signed in to your own Google account. This is not an official Google or CapCut feature, so it can break when they change something. We fix it as fast as we can.
How does pricing work?
You buy credits and spend them as you go. You always see the price before anything is taken. Your first video, up to 3 minutes, is free. Credits never expire.
What if something fails?
If the AI writing step fails, your credits are returned automatically.
Can I use my own script and voice?
Yes. Upload your own script and voiceover, or let Sweezylab write the script and make the voice.
Is there a Mac version?
Yes, in beta. It is not signed by Apple yet, so the first time you open it, right-click the app and choose Open. Mac updates are not automatic yet: you download the new file when we tell you there is one.
Is Sweezylab for YouTube Shorts?
It is built for long-form videos. Short vertical videos are not the focus.
